You can see forever

My "what if" for this challenge was to further experiment with my push for lightness and transparency.

I have been making sheer pieces, some with lights in them but on this one I thought I would attempt a complete illusion.

When overlapping these leaf shapes, I colored the top shape in where it was overlying another area, to give the illusion that you can see through the leaves.

It's a really simple technique, and cam be pretty effective.

This piece was fun, it's non woven materials on silk, with paint and marker.
