This is the last piece of this series, in which through color and value I express feelings in an abstract way.

Grief breaks and fractures us, everything is in dull colors. However, in the complexity of the soul, there will always be a certain heterogeneity, small sparks of color and light even in the shadows.

The technique I use is raw edge appliqué of carefully chosen fabric scraps making my way through color and value.

Some of my fabrics are commercial cotton prints but mostly hand-dyed cotton, since it is hard to get them where I live
